Subject:Help identifying the name of the artist on this Japanese Sumi-e

Picked up some Sumi-e in Asakusa but have been struggling to identity the characters.
Please help! It's driving me insane!

Signature and seal read,
鴨石　-　Ǒseki (Duck stone) - Art-name
Other possible reading is "Kamoishi" as surname, but it supposed to be a very rare one.

I can' find artist with this name.

Thanks for your help. It's so infuriating. I can't find anything to do with the name not any description I put into Google. I have 3 of their prints. I was going to email the seller but they don't have an email.
I've come to the conclusion that I'll just have to go back to the shop and demand some information from them 😂

the artist is Ōseki Tanaka (鴨石 田中) active 1890s
