I would be appreciated any information about this medal. There are hier chinese characters and characters which I guess are Thai but I am not sure.

It's a Thailand coin/other. It doesn't denote any coinage amount though. Made in the year 1784 according to the inscription.

According to Chinese language sites this commemorative medal was produced to commemorate the 60th birthday of Rama IV of Siam in 1864.
Chinese text says "Cheng Ming Tung Pao" (Zhèng Míng Tòng Băo) Cheng Ming was the Chinese name of Rama IV (King Mongkut) Tung Pao is the Chinese name for copper coins or medals.
As of the rest, I can't read the Thai inscriptions.
I have doubts about its authencity.
