Subject:Japanese Vase Signature/Script

I've recently acquired a large Japanese floor vase,which, unfortunately, does not have any markings on the base.
However, the design does incorporate what appears to be either a script or perhaps even a signature.
I'd be grateful if anyone could translate the symbols or perhaps even suggest who the maker might be.
