Hi John,

Age? First half of the 20th century. This super fine crackle and cream color is definitely not earlier than the 19c. Ethnicity? I didn't realize porcelains have ethnicities but I guess you mean is it Chinese? Yes, its Chinese. The foot of this is nicely cut as well so they definitely put in some effort. IMO It's a nice piece, the fine crackle reminds me of Italian micromosaic.
