Subject:Asian Crystalline Glaze Vase Mark

Hello, I have always had trouble reading Asian marks. Pictured below is a crystalline glazed vase that I could really use more info on. Any information would be most helpful. Truly want to know if the incised mark is modern/vintage , of some value or generic?

Meantime, I have found the Taiwanese manufacturer; the Weng Sheng Enterprises Ltd (Taipei and Taoyuan)
established in 1984.
Famous for producing exquisite artistic ceramics.
