Subject:Hinamatsuri box Japanese inscription help please

Hi.

I have this lovely lacquer Hinamatsuri set. My guess would be first half of the 20th century. The lid has some kind of an inscription on it.

Any thoughts would be much welcomed.

My tentative reading of inscription,
細口口　　-　Hoso口口
只盤四本　膳盌六本　-　Tada no zara yon-hon, zen to
wan roppon
Four dishes, four-legged trays and 6 cups
