Book looks like it may be mid 20th century but I am not 100% certain. It appears it could be some sort of banquet / awards presentation & dinner ( again not sure )

Title of the book as best as I can tell is:
'Living Home in Hong Kong, 90 Years'
Published March 1986.
The page with read seals; lower left are two names, the one on the right is the author.
The author and another person gave this book to a young lady whose name is in the text on the upper right side of that page.
