Subject:Help Identifying Seal and Writing

I have this beautiful painting (?) and I wanted to see if anyone can help me with what it says? And, if possible what the red seal is about? I'm new to this - was given this painting from a family member.

Reading and my rough translation;
一枝濃艶對秋光
露滴風揺倚砌傍
曉景乍看何處似
謝家新染紫羅裳
Branches look rich and gaudy in the autumn light,
the dewdrops on them sway in the wind
The dawn scenery at the first glance resembles to somewhere,
I thank for the heavens for the newly dyed purple shirt

Citation from a poem by the Tang Dynasty poet Luo Ye (825-?)

Seal,
王正徳印 - Seal of Wang Zhengde

Wang Zhengde 王正徳 (female)
Painter and poet in the Qin Dynasty.
Lived at the beginning of the 18th c. Was good at flowers.

With regards,
I.Nagy
