Bring flute under the red-leafed tree
石舟仿古　-　Shizhou copying ancinent painters
陳土口印　-　Seal of Chen Du口
(The 3rd character is not clear enough to read)

Chen Du口　-　Surname and given name
Shizou 石舟　(Stone boat) - Pseudonym
I can't find artist with Chen Du... name.
