Dear Mr. I. Nagy,

Thank you very much for your always precious help,
I ended up discovering some information about the author:

Lin Sheng Yang (1914-1998) (林聖揚), was a Chinese modernist painter who lived in São Paulo- Brazil, between the 60s and 90s. He participated in the 8th São Paulo Bienale and has some works in the collection of the Museum of Modern Art of São Paulo (MAM).
