The signature at the end of inscription reads,
李壽　-　Li Shou

If the painting is old enough, it was probably painted by the late Qing Dynasty early ROC era painter Li Shou.

Li Shou 李壽　(?-1928)
Was a native of Huzhou, Zhejiang.
