Subject:two chinese (?) paintings on silk

I would be very thankful if you could identify the artists who painted these two paintings on silk, and how old they are.

梅林居士冩 - Painted by Hualin the Retired Scholar
- Pseudonym
Leisure seal,
普渡 - Pudu - All may cross (in the barge of mercy) - Buddhist phrase

I could find only one painter with this pseudonym
whose name was Sun Zhi 孫枝. Mid.16.c. Ming Dynasty painter from Wuxian (now Suzhou).
This picture might be a copy of one of his works.
