The signature contains clearly the following two characters；
曾山榮 （山榮 as one character, character 山 is
Radical No.46 (山偏 - Mountain radical）In his signature the artists behind the radical uses the simplified form of 榮.
If you see it carefully on the seal the 榮 is wider than the radical 山.
It is pity that this Rong character cannot be printed by a normal PC.
In larger dictionaries it is translated as high, steep, lofty, towering. E.g. Mathew's Chinese - English Dictionary (7583)
I've just recognized that I left out the 畫 character under the signatured name.
That is to say;
曾山榮畫 - Painted by Zeng Rong
