晨曲 - Morning song
戊辰之春月 - In the Spring Month of the Year of Earth-Dragon (1988)
Signature,
曾山榮 - Zeng Rong - Surname and given name of artist
(The 2nd and 3rd characters are compressed in one - my PC's matrix doesn't contain this character)

For this reason I can't input the name into the Chinese language search engines, on the other hand my name dictionaries do not contain this name.
Seemingly he is not same with the 1924 born landscape painter with this name.

Upper seal,
曾山榮 - Zeng Rong
Lower (leisure) seal,
翠光千頃 - Thousand qing (hectares) of emerald light

With regards,
I.Nagy

Dear I Nagy,

While it is unusual to have three characters in line in a seal, it is not unheard of. I suggest that the artist's name could be Zeng Rong Shan
曾榮山?

Respectfully,
Mikeoz

Sear Mikeoz,
The signature contains clearly the following two characters;
曾山榮 (山榮 as one character, character 山 is
Radical No.46 (山偏 - Mountain radical)In his signature the artists behind the radical uses the simplified form of 榮.
If you see it carefully on the seal the 榮 is wider than the radical 山.
It is pity that this Rong character cannot be printed by a normal PC.
In larger dictionaries it is translated as high, steep, lofty, towering. E.g. Mathew's Chinese - English Dictionary (7583)
I've just recognized that I left out the 畫 character under the signatured name.
That is to say;
曾山榮畫 - Painted by Zeng Rong

With regards,
I.Nagy
