Subject:I would like some help to date text and signatures
Posted By: Arun Sat, Dec 26, 2020 IP: 47.205.110.144

I purchased three Asian paintings a few days back locally from one person (rather pricey for my risk taking), but two looked very interesting. This is the first one. It is large. Height of frame is 5 feet high. Back of frame has small area torn green backing with Asian newspaper showing. Photos attached. Thanks in advance.

Re-considering the content and one particular word
(壽莚 - birthday banquet) - the calligraphy should be Korean.
Korean and Chinese surnames and given names in most of the cases, as in this case, are compatible.
Here are the Korean readings of the corresponding
surname, given name and art-name(s).

......(1983) by Bujeon Yakin - Art-name(s)
Upper seal,
鄭泰吾 - Jeong Tae-Oh - Surname and given name
Lower seal,
冨田 - Bujeon - Art-name

With regards,
I.Nagy
