黄冑　　-　Huang Zhou
Illegible seal,

Huang Zhou (1925-1997) was a very famous figure and donkey painter. Although, no landscapes can be seen from him on the net. It is possible that an unknown artist was using this name as a pseudonym
- Huangzhou 黄冑 "Yellow Helmet" The answwer could be hidden in the illegible seal print.
