I would like to request someone's help. I would like to know who the painter of this painting is. (I do not know if it is Chinese or Japanese). I would appreciate if somebody could help me. Thank you very much in advance.
(I hope the photo will do, I can not provide better quality...)

Dear Apollónia,
Your picture is painted based on the central part of the most famous Chinese painting titled: Along the River During the Qingming Festival by the Song Dynasty Painter Zhang Zeduan (1085-1145) - a panoramic scroll, measuring 24,8 cm by 528 cm.
There are several copied versions existing of the original version.
Inscription,
清明上河圖 - Qinming Shanghe Tu - Along the River During the Qinming Festival
Seal,
鳥泉印 - Seal of Niaoquan - Pseudonym

Unidentifiable artist,

Üdvözlettel,

I.Nagy

This picture is based on a longer hand scroll, titled 'Along the River during the Qingming Festival' (Qing ming shang he tu - 清明上河圖). Please check the link below to an earlier query regarding it and excellent responses by forum contributors I.Nagy and mikeoz.

Best regards,

Bill H.
