華城冩　-　Painted by Kajō
Seal,
吉源　　-　Yoshiwara

* Jakuchu - Itō Jakuchu 1716-1800 famous Japanese painter

Yoshiwara Kajō　 吉原華城　1888-？
Born in Ǒsaka, Graduated the Kyoto School of Arts and Crafts ,　Disciple of Nishiyama Suishō,
Lived in Kōbe.
