“三更灯火五更鸡，正是男儿读书时。
黑发不知勤学早，白首方悔读书迟。”

it's from a Tang dynasty poet, politician.

It encourages young people to cherish their young and middle-aged, study diligently, and make a difference, otherwise, they will do nothing when they are old and it will be too late to regret
