Subject:Metal dish mark and origin

Hello,
I Would like to know if anyone can identify the seal/mark or translation. By comparison I think it’s a japanese bronze dish from late 19th or early 20th.

It is Japanese,
Marking reads,
小林氏造　-　Kobayashi-shi zō　-　Made by Master Kobayashi.

I can't find metal artist with this name.
