Subject:Help translating signature on drawing

good afternoon. Wanted to ask for help please translating signatures on this drawing. it appears to be from the 50-70es?! i am a novice at asian art, and assume this is japanese, the kanji is written in a very artistic way, or am i completely off mark here?! thank you very much! a

A better quality picture only on the colophon would help to read it.

少南     - (From) Shaonan (Female given name)
一九六二・仲夏 - 1962 ・Mid-summer

Right lower corner,
葸華 - Huihua (Orchid flower) - Pseudonym of artist ( I am not qite sure about the second character)
