Subject:LArge beautiful bowl with actual gold medallions in the design

I have a bowl with a design I cant find anywhere online. Many of the ones I look at say ROSE MEDALLION but dont have roses or medallions in the pattern. The one I have, I believe has peony flowers, birds, passion fruit and butterflies and ALSO ACTUAL GOLD MEDALLIONS in the inside bottom of the bowl and on the outside middle of the bowl. It is beautiful and I want to sell it but I don't want to overcharge or undercharge for it. Can you help me identify this pattern?
