Subject:Tsuba signature

Hello

I think this is called a "tsuba". At least, from what I've been able to find online.

No idea how old it is but it is signed. If anyone could help read the signature and guess an age, I would be grateful!

Oh thank you!

I've done a bit of research. It sounds like "Hamano" is a school. So, with my limited understanding of Japanese, I'm going to assume that "Noriharu" is the name of the man who made it.
