Posted By: Bill H Sat, Oct 24, 2020 The mark, shown upside down, would read apocryphally down and across from the top right when flipped as 'Qian long nian zhi - 乾隆年製), 'Made during the (Qing) Qianlong Reign'. I don't collect a lot of Chinese enameled metal, but this one looks from the painting style probably to be no older than late 20th century.
