Posted By: Bill H Fri, Oct 16, 2020 It's Chinese and says 'Made in Macao' (Ao men zhi zao - 澳門製造). The bowl looks to be about the 3rd quarter of the 20th century. Macao wares inevitably involve transfer decoration.
