Subject:A strange little vase

Ciao to everybody, I share with you some images of a little unusual object that seems to be a little vase to me (12x6cm). Is anybody able to tell me something about it? Age, use of it? It looks quite ancient and appears made by white glass worked by hand (it shows some nice iridescens on the surface, looking at it closely).
There are two "tubes" joined togheter with stripes running all around them. Thanks for your help!
