There is no poem, only colophon, which reads,
周垣氏繪於閩江
蘭香閣
Painted by Master Zhou Yuan at the Ming Jiang River
at Lan Xiang Ge (Orchid Fragrance Studio)
Seal,
周垣氏　-　Master Zhou Yuan

Master Zhou Yuan 周垣　（Year of birth and death unknown)
Was a less known painter at the end of Qing Dynasty and beginning of Republic era
Some of the artist's works are sold on Chinese auction sites.
