Subject:2 large Li Keran landscapes

I am looking for help with a translation of the inscriptions on two large paintings attributed to Li Keran. The vertical painting is 178cm 71" tall by 94cm 37" wide. The horizontal landscape is 35cm 14" tall by 317cm 125" wide.

流水聲中一両家
一九八二年歳次寅元月
白髪學童李可染作此圖于識起斎
Beyond the ridges with fluttering clouds where thousand of trees are overlapped,
there are a few houses amid the sounds of running waters
In the Tiger First Month of the Year of 1982
This picture was painted by the white haired pupil Keran in the Zhique Study
Upper seal,
李　 -　Li
Lower seal,
可染　-　Keran
Starting seal,
孺子牛　（Herd boy's willing ox - servant of the people)
