Subject:Old woodblock print on paper

This is a woodblock print on paper. It is quite large but very fragile on paper that is flaking and falling apart. I’m hoping someone can help as to age, and hopefully to translate the writing. Any help is much appreciated.

It looks like a mid-18 c. piece.
