Subject:Early Japanese Scroll of Kukai
Posted By: CW Fri, Jul 31, 2020 IP: 168.91.196.59 Hi all, I was wondering if anyone could help me pin down a date or period for this scroll. On the back there is a message that it was bought at a deaccession sale in the 1960s from the museum of Tokyo.i believe this is Kobo Daishi or Kukai. Have not examined out of frame. Your insight is greatly appreciated!
