Subject:Beautiful Cloisonne snuff box?

I think it would be for snuff as the lid, while not a screw on, does tighten when turned to a certain point. The photos hopefully show the detail. It stands only 1" high and is 7/8" diameter. I know nothing about cloisonne and hoping you experts can help me out. Any way to tell the age or anything else from these photos? I will be sending 6 photos
