Does Someone could tell me if the quality of jade are good or bad please ?

Bad, very bad. Appears to be made of some soft stone such as serpentine or xi-yu, with artificially created weathering to make it look like a neolithic piece. Unfortunately, its carving and material reveals that it is basically a modern piece. If you do not mind testing it for hardness, I believe its surface can be scratched by metal. No pun intended.
