Subject:Identify Blue White Porcelain Underglaze Pottery Vessel

This blue and white porcelain underglaze work of art pottery has an unusual shape. The neck and rim are shaped like the cup section of a stem cup.

This is of extremely nice quality in both porcelain and workmanship. The porcelain is very smooth and of nice weight, the blue is very vibrant and the glazed sheen is outstanding.

Can anyone help identify the object and perhaps approximate the time period when it may have been created? Any thoughts on potential potteries/regions would be appreciated.
