Looking for help with the marking on my japanese celadon persimmon vase. 5.25 in. height. Anyone familiar with the artist mark? Thank you for any assistance.

鍋島青山　-　Nabeshima Seizan

Seizan is the name of the kiln.
Sometimes it is written 鍋島晴山
