(* One of the scenic spots at West Lake)
一九七八年夏五月　-　In May - Summer of 1978
吴青霞冩　於滬上　-　Painted by Wu Qingxia in
Hushang*
(* Hushang is the alternative name of Shanghai)
Seal is illegible,

I think this is a print.
In 1979 Shanghai city selected this picture as New Year (Spring Festival) Picture and large amount of copies were printed in original size.
