Hi, can anyone help identify the makers mark on this vase.

The mark reads: Hichozan 肥碟山 Shinpo 信甫 Zo 造 (Made by Hichozan Shinpo).
The date 1864/1865 on the label might be correct.
The vase is made in the typical style of Hichozan, see the photo of a small vase I own with the same mark.
