I feel this may be a Naqada culture pottery bowl & perhaps Egyptian. The Manganese blooms are not paint & string peroxide foams up. This may be a challenge for a collector to help us gain knowledge. Highly burnished showing carbon deposits. 8"X 3.25" I may try to post more photos?
