Hello! I would much appreciate a translation of a signature on an ink brush painting. Also more information on the subject and the artist would be much appreciated.

Inscription in original complex form of the simplified characters reads,
揚劇挑簾　- Yangju Tiaoliao -
Yangju is one of the traditional opera dramas that originated in Yangzhou, Jiangsu province. It is one of the national intangible cultural heritages.
Tiaoliao ; "Pick-up the curtain" is the title of opera
Sorry, but this seal is illegible to me.
