Subject:Large vase with painting

Dear friends,
The vase is about 18", with painting and some ceramic works on the surface.
Is it real painting or some kind of modern printing?
Also, please help me with the translation of the writing :)

Upper seal,
稱賛種　-　Praise the breed - Leisure seal
Lower seal,
雪峰　-　Xuefeng

Long inscription,
春水満四澤　-　Spring waters fill the four swamps (rivers)

Upon closely examining of the painting, it is hand-painted
