Subject:Blue and White Plate
Posted By: Tony Sat, Jun 27, 2020 IP: 23.243.126.110

Dear friends,
The plate is about 11” with floral painting.
Could this be transfer-printing?
I really appreciate your time and kind help on the translation of the mark and input on the plate🙏😊🙏
Best,
Tony

Japanese Mino ware.
Marking reads,
天下一筑後窯 - Tenkaichi Chikugo-gama -
TenkaichiChikugo Kiln

With regards,
I.Nagy

There are many bubbles in the glaze, viewed under magnifying loop.
It is interesting to note that the dark blue spots seen on the pedals and leaves are only visible viewing at specific angles!
Again, I tried to look for painting patterns as evidence for transfer printing, but they all seem different.
Also, there is a painting of a line in golden brown color at the outer rim of the plate, as can be seen in the picture below.
Just want to share some fun observations... 😊
