The mark looks to me to read down and across from the top right as 'Made by Chen Yumei' (Chen yu mei zhi - 陳玉梅製). All I could turn up via Google was Chen Yumei (1910-1985), a Taiwan film star from the early days. Perhaps I. Nagy will have better luck, or a more precise translation.

However, Chen Yumei the film star was born in Jiangsu Province, the Mainland China location of Yixing and its famous teapots. Wonder if one of the potters there dedicated this pot to her?
