Subject:Japanese maru-obi. Meji era?

It is very heavy, measures about 1ft x 14ft.
Cotton and probably silk, maybe other fabrics too but could only get a hold of a few threads.

Interesting design, is it mountains and clouds?

Any help would be appreciated!
