Subject:Chinese Glass Vase - help with maker's mark

Greetings, this vase is approximately 13"H the glass thickness is .5" color is applied to the etched design. Can someone please provide some information on the vase, age, mark translation
anything would be appreciated.

三希堂精鑑璽 - Suitable for Assessment in the Studio of Three Rarities (Sanxitang)

Sanxitang Studio inside of the Forbidden City was reserved Emperor Qianlong to enjoy his art collection.

This marking is nothing more than decoration on a late 20th century cut glass vase.
