Hi All, Could this be the Jiaqing mark??
And do anyone know anything about this vase? Thanks

Your baluster jar/vase with gilt peaches (long life symbols) amidst stylized 'Eternity' (Wan- 卍) and 'Longevity (Shou - 夀) characters on a coral ground looks like a possible marriage or anniversary gift. The reserve shown, with a quail amidst peonies or chrysanthemums and bamboo, seems to symbolize the strong bonds of a happy marriage (especially if the other reserve also shows the quail's mate). The stamped apocryphal base-mark is that of the Kangxi period, stating 'Made during the Kangxi Reign' (Kang-xi nian zhi - 康熙年製). It dates to circa the mid-20th century, in my opinion.

Best regards,

Bill H.
