The smaller characters to the immediate right of the bird & flowers says the vase was made by 'Xinxing' ('New Prosperity' or 'New Interest', perhaps a company name) at Jingdezhen. Since this is written in simplified characters that weren't used until the late 20th century, that would be the earliest possible date of your vase in my opinion. However, it could be later.

The scenery is good, The scent of blooming flowers fills the garden, Singing birds
Markings around the inscription,
Starting seal: 中　Zhong (Middle)
Encircled： 工　Gong = Work
Boxed: 執　＝　Ackknowledged
