I bought this painting from a charity shop over a decade ago, I adore it and have always been curious to know more about it.

If anyone can appraise it and provide any detail, it would be much appreciated.

Title,
灕江塔影　-　*Li Jiang River and the image of tower
Signature,
辛石畫　　-　Picture of Xin Shi
Seal,
辛石　　　-　Xin Shi

*　Name of a river in Guilin (city and tourist resort) in Guangxi

Perhaps same with the 1942 Anhui born painter Xin Shi (辛石） who lives and works in Wuhan, Hubei.
