The drawing measures 10x11 inch
To me it looks like a drawing not a Print
It is signed It looks like a Japanese House in the winter
Any info greatly appreciated

うちだ版 - Uchida-han (Uchida Print)

1950's

Tokuriki Tomikichirō 徳力富吉郎 1902-1999
Japanese printmaker from Kyōto.

Your Japanese woodblock print is by Tokuriki Tomikichiro and is of the Byodoin Temple. Given the signature in the upper left, it doesn't appear to be a first edition (shown in the link below).
