Subject:Blue and white bowl

Hoping someone can tell me something about this bowl (6" x 1.5") that has blue on white decoration - maybe oak leaves? Any idea about the markings on the bottom - are those three round objects beans? Age? Origin? Thank you!

So it is from Japan! That is a big help. And I think the decoration is grape leaves. Still no luck finding the maker's mark but I'm guessing it's not old. Thanks again! Mark
