Subject:Help needed in identifying picture and artist

Hi,
We found a nice Chinese painting and now are trying to find out some information about it.

We were told that it shows the river Li in China. Can anybody please tell us more about the title and signature on this picture?

Seal,
瑞墨　-　Ruimo (Auspicious ink) - Art-name
Seal in the lower left corner,
Illegible

This art-name is not enough to find out the identity of painter.
