Dear Joanna,
Unfortunately the zoomed in part is not the signature, it reads;
玩月　-　..enjoying a beautiful moonlit night
Seal;
品弎　－Pinsan -　Pseudonym ( in reverse seal script form)
A better quality photo only from the whole inscription would reveal more about the picture and perhaps from the artist, too.
