Subject:Please help me translate bronze bell markings.

This Chinese bronze bell was handed to down to me by my dad who collected things from all over the world.
I've searched the internet but can't find any markings like these, apart from 'make' in the bottom left corner, and possibly 'sun'.
The markings appear under the handle of the bell.
Can anyone help me translate them or give me any other information about the bell?
